Where can I find out if I have a reward?

Club Bread members can learn of their rewards in several ways, based upon your preferences. You can elect email notifications. DiBella's Subs Cashiers in the restaurants can tell you what rewards are available after entering your Club Bread ID or phone number on the POS. Or you can login online at the DiBella's Club Bread webpage or mobile application.

How do I redeem my reward?

You can redeem your reward at any participating location by presenting your Club Bread ID # (phone number) to the cashier.

When can I start redeeming?

Rewards are available for redemption once they are posted to your account.

Will my rewards expire?

Yes, please be sure to check the expiration date on the website or the restaurant can check for you when placing an order. All of the rewards we offer have an expiration date and most will expire 14 days after date of issuance.

My reward went away.

Your reward has most likely expired. All of the rewards we offer have an expiration date and most will expire 14 days after date of issuance.

I had a reward and didn't use it, can I get it back?

No but you have the opportunity to earn new rewards under the DiBella's Club Bread program. Please keep visiting us and experience our delicious food. Your loyalty will be rewarded.

How do I know when they expire?

All of the rewards we offer have an expiration date which will be listed next to each reward. Once they expire, the reward will no longer appear on your account.

Are there any terms and conditions?

Yes, the link to Terms and User Privacy Policy can be found on the login page.

What information do I need to register for the Loyalty program?

Your email address, password, first name, last name, phone number, birthday, gender and zip code.

What is the Loyalty Program?

The DiBella's Club Bread program is our way of showing appreciation to our most loyal customers. The program does not give out points but will reward our guests with customized offers based on frequency of their visits, products ordered and the average amount of the order.

How do I create an account?

You can link to the DiBella's Club Bread site on a Smartphone or tablet or go directly to the DiBella's Club Bread website from a computer.

When I try to register, why does it say I already have an account?

You already registered and forgot your password. Just click on the words 'Forgot Password' and follow directions.

What if I don't remember my password on the website?

Click on the words 'Forgot Password' and follow directions.

What if I don't remember my Username?

Your username is your email address.

Can I change my password?

Yes, simply click on the words 'Forgot Password' on Welcome page and follow the directions or go to the "My Profile" page and change your password there.

Are there other ways to earn rewards?

Our Loyalty Program is designed on the number of trips to DiBella's Subs and your purchases.

Can I combine rewards with my family?

No, you may not combine rewards with other accounts.

Can I sell my rewards?

No, you may not transfer or combine rewards with other accounts.

How long may I collect my rewards?

As long the Loyalty Program is available, and your reward has not expired.

How long does this program run?

We plan to run the Loyalty Program for a very long time.

How do I know the status of my rewards?

You can check the status of your rewards anytime. Log into DiBella's Club Bread.

Is there a limit to the number of Rewards I can redeem in a day?

You may only redeem one award per visit.

Is there a limit to the number of times I can redeem a particular reward?

A reward can be claimed only once.

How do I keep track of my rewards?

The easiest way to track your rewards is to view them on the website.

Are my rewards redeemable for cash?

The rewards have no cash value and can only be used to redeem while ordering your meal at the restaurant.

Can I use my reward towards my current purchase?

Yes if a reward is available, the reward can be redeemed.

Are there any fees associated with this Loyalty Program?

No, there are no fees.

When do I receive my rewards card?

There is no rewards card with this program. Your Phone Number can be entered at the store's cash register.

Where can I sign up?

You can sign up via the DiBella's Club Bread website, or mobile app.

How do I update my profile?

Click on the option "Edit Account Info" after accessing DiBella's Club Bread on the web

Will my information be shared with other companies?

No, we won't share, lease or rent your information to third parties or other companies.

Is the website safe and secure?

Yes. At DiBella's Subs, the security and confidentiality of your information is extremely important to us. We have implemented technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect guest information from unauthorized access and improper use.

I do not want to give out my personal information.

Our Loyalty program does not require your social security number and any credit card information. We value your privacy. To set up your account with DiBella's Club Bread, basic information is required, such as: First and Last Name, Birthday, Gender, Zip Code, and your Mobile Phone #.

Can my friends and family use my rewards?

The rewards are only valid for use by the person whose name is given upon enrollment.

Can I transfer my reward to someone as a gift?

No, you may not transfer or combine rewards with other accounts.

How do I discontinue my membership?

You may terminate your participation in the Program by canceling your membership at any time by unsubscribing at, or by discontinuing your use of the Program Member number. To unsubcribe from emails and/or SMS messages, follow the prompts within the DiBella’s Subs mobile app, Program e-mails, or Program SMS text messages to leave the Club Bread Program.

What if I don't have a computer & email to register?

Online registration is a requirement.

Why did I get X and not Y?

Sometimes the reward offer can be based on a promotion we are having. Other times it is based on your purchase. As always, it is our way of saying "Thank You".

Am I automatically a loyalty member?

No, you have to sign up for Loyalty.

When I enroll in DiBella's Club Bread do I have to unsubscribe to eClub?

Your eClub membership is converted to a Loyalty membership.

I used to be in the eClub and not getting emails any longer, why not?

It is possible that we may not have the correct email address, or a common problem is that we are not on your safe sender list for incoming emails.

I don't like my reward can I replace it?

We apologize but substitutions are not allowed. Our loyalty program does offer different rewards at different times. So keep looking at your account for your next reward.

Why am I receiving an error message on my screen about an unsupported browser?

Club Bread is supported for and works with the following browsers: IE X or newer, Mozilla Firefox X or newer, Safari X or newer and Google Chrome X or newer.

I signed up, so why have I not received any emails?

Verify your email address is correct at Club Bread under "My Profile". Add to your safe sender's list or address book to ensure delivery of these emails.

I had a reward, so why is it no longer showing?

Each reward comes with a redemption period. If the reward is not redeemed before the expiration date, the reward will expire and be removed from your Club Bread account under "My Rewards".

What if I realize later I forgot to get credit for my purchase?

To get credit for a missed purchase please email a copy of your receipt to with your account phone number.

Can I sign up and receive rewards without a card?

Yes. Simply register with just your phone number and give it to the employee in the restaurant when you visit. This will credit your account for your activity and redeem any rewards.
